Description
The BioScope Resolve is Bruker's dedicated biological AFM, engineered to integrate seamlessly with inverted optical microscopes for correlative fluorescence and AFM imaging. With fluid imaging and live-cell capabilities, it enables real-time nanomechanical mapping of cells, membranes, DNA, and protein complexes in their native physiological environment. PeakForce QNM and FAS modes provide quantitative mechanical property measurements alongside topographic imaging.
