The JPK NanoWizard V BioScience is Bruker's 5th-generation biological AFM, combining high spatio-temporal resolution with a large scan area and seamless integration with advanced optical microscope systems. Featuring PeakForce-QI mode for fast quantitative nanomechanical imaging at up to 400 lines/sec, automated setup and calibration, and BSL-3 compatibility, it enables long-term self-regulating experiments on live cells, single molecules, tissues, and pathogens. With DirectOverlay 2 for correlated AFM and optical microscopy, including super-resolution techniques like STED and PALM/STORM, it is the leading platform for mechanobiology and life science research.
