The Leica STELLARIS 5 is a next-generation confocal laser scanning microscope featuring White Light Laser (WLL) technology covering 440–790 nm with up to 8 simultaneous excitation lines. Power HyD detectors and TauSense lifetime-based imaging provide exceptional sensitivity and spectral flexibility. The system supports FRAP, FRET, and FLIM applications for demanding biological research in membrane dynamics, protein interactions, and live-tissue imaging.
